Tip 1 - Recovery isn't always linear

Your recovery isn't always going to be linear and will likely be individual to you. You may recover quicker than some people or it may take slightly longer for you too.

Try not to get frustrated when things are diificult and remember you are on your own individual journey.

Tip 2 - Get plenty of rest

When recovering it is important to get plently of rest. By doing so it will allow your body to heal and repair itself at a quicker rate.

Tip 4 - Ease back into your routine

When returning back to your normal routine it is important to take things slowly and not do anything that could potentially strain or damage your body.

Tip 5 - Don't give up

At times things may be really difficult, seem overwhelming and you may feel like giving up but it is important to remember how far you've come so far.

The most difficult part is already over with and it should only be onwards and upwards from here!
